The mission of the Gripper Superstore is to provide our customers with the top
selection of heavy duty handgrippers anywhere. We are an internet
retailer. We keep our operating costs low and pass on the savings to you with
low, low prices. If you have questions about ordering or an order you have

Q: "Does the Gripper Superstore offer returns?"
A: Yes, we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for goods that are returned to us in resaleable
condition. The original purchase price less shipping will be refunded. A minimum $5
restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price applies to all returns and will be deducted from the credit applied
to your PayPal account. The merchandise cannot be altered, damaged, or soiled in any way. The
original packaging must also be returned. Please contact us ahead of time for a
return number and instructions.
Note: we have spent the time to rate all
the grippers we sell as a service to our
customers. Please choose your gripper model wisely and realize that grippers that
are "too easy" or "too hard" still have value in your training. As always if you
have questions please contact us before you order.
Q: "Do I have to have a PayPal account to shop with Gripper Superstore?"
A: No, you do not have to have a PayPal account to shop with us. We use PayPal but
have enabled the option to allow you to checkout using your credit card without creating
a PayPal account. PayPal offers us the best package for price, security, and reliability.
Q: "Your site is not working correctly on my browser. Why?"
A: The Gripper Superstore site is built on the Microsoft .NET platform. For best
results we encourage using Microsoft Internet Explorer when shopping with us.
The store has been tested with Netscape 7.1 and Mozilla Firefox 1.5, and orders
process fine. If you are using a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer
and are having trouble, please try to upgrade your browser to the latest
version and try again.
Q: "How long does it take to receive my order?"
A: Most orders are packed and shipped the next business day using the United States
Postal Service Flat Rate Priority Mail. Domestic packages should arrive in 3-5 business
days. International orders generally arrive in 2 weeks but may be delayed by customs up to 4-6 weeks.
Q: "What are your shipping rates?"
A: We have a complex shipping calculator built into the site to try to get our shipping
rates as close to our actual costs as possible. Shipping costs vary with gripper
model and quantity, and are determined when you checkout. When possible we use a flat rate shipping method.

In some circumstances the cost of International shipping may exceed the amount collected. We reserve the right
to refund your order if shipping costs exceed the amount charged. If this occurs we will contact you directly
to determine an affordable shipping solution.
Q: "Will I have to pay duties on my order?"
A: On international orders, you the customer are responsible to pay any duties/taxes owed to your government
upon delivery of your shipment. No attempt is made by Gripper Superstore to collect these duties or taxes
ahead of time. We must declare the value of your order when we prepare custom's paperwork. For this purpose
we list the retail price of the products only, we do not include the cost of shipping. Please check with
your local government officials ahead of time to determine the amount you may be charged.
Q: "What's the best way to contact the Gripper Superstore?"
A: Because we are primarily an internet retailer we do not staff our phones. The best way
to contact us is by email as it is easier for our customer service representatives to receive
